Michelle Blackmon, a Certified Treasury Professional and founder of INNW Tactical Training, began her journey into the world of firearms in 2017. Her first trip to the range was overwhelming, thus igniting her passion for firearms. Post-COVID in 2020, she decided to resume training.

Inspired by her motto, "If Not Now, When" (INNW), her mission is to ensure women are situationally aware, knowledgeable about the tools available to them, and capable of using them safely.
Nathaniel Taylor is a licensed peace officer of the Harris County Pct 3 Constables School Division and a retired Texas Department of Public Safety CID Special Agent after 25 years of service. In 1994, he joined the Texas Department of Public Safety and graduated from the Texas DPS training academy in June 1995. During his tenure with DPS he served in the Highway Patrol Division Corpus Christi and Baytown, later promoting to Criminal Investigation Division Houston remaining there until his retirement.

Nathaniel has accumulated over 3,800 training hours to include Tactical and Safety Awareness, Alcohol and Dangerous Drugs abuse, De-Escalation tactics, Human Trafficking, School Base Law Enforcement training and Effective Leadership and Leadership Styles to name a few. With over 30 years of Law Enforcement experience and training Mr. Taylor brings a variety of knowledge and real-life experiences to this training. Having taught thousands of men and women in Law Enforcement around the state, his knowledge and skills are in valuable to our goals of basic pistol fundamentals and safety.
